1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Võtting Grupp OÜ ("Votting Group") website and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Võtting Grupp OÜ provides digital products and services including but not limited to:

• REST APIs and data services
• Automation workflow packages
• Digital templates and documents
• AI-powered tools and skills
• Web applications and SaaS tools
• Custom development and consulting services

3. Purchases and Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers including Stripe, Gumroad, RapidAPI, Etsy, and Fiverr. Each platform's terms and refund policies apply in addition to these terms.

All prices are listed in the currency specified on the respective platform. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect existing orders.

4. Digital Product Licence

When you purchase a digital product (template, workflow pack, skill, or tool), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or business purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the product with third parties
• Claim the product as your own original creation
• Use the product in a way that directly competes with Votting Group
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from compiled products

5. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and fair use policies as defined on the respective platform (e.g., RapidAPI). Abuse, excessive requests, scraping, or attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in access being suspended or revoked without refund.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Digital downloads: No refunds after delivery, unless the product is materially defective or not as described.
• API subscriptions: Cancellable at any time through the platform. Refunds per platform policy.
• Custom services: Refund terms defined per individual project agreement.

If you believe a product is defective, contact us at info@votting-group.com within 14 days of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and branding on this website and in our products are the intellectual property of Võtting Grupp OÜ unless otherwise stated. Open-source components are used under their respective licences.

8. Limitation of Liability

Võtting Grupp OÜ provides products and services "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
